1 sprig Thai basil (reserve 2 small leaves for garnish)
1 lime (½ juiced, ½ sliced for garnish)
Ice cubes, as required
Method
Muddle the base In a cocktail shaker, add the fresh lime juice, Thai basil leaves, and Bonne Maman Wild Blueberry Preserves. Gently muddle to release the basil’s aroma and blend the flavours.
Shake Fill the shaker with ice and add a generous splash of lime sparkling water. Seal tightly and shake well for about 30 seconds until chilled.
Serve Strain or pour the mixture evenly into two highball glasses filled with ice.
Top & garnish Top up with more sparkling water. Garnish with reserved Thai basil leaves and lime slices.
Enjoy Serve immediately for a crisp, refreshing fizz.
