INGREDIENTS
- 15ml Mathieu Teisseire Raspberry Syrup
- 45 ml Gin
- 15ml Lime juice
- ½ ounce Egg white (Optional)
- 15ml Dry Vermouth
Garnish
- Raspberries
Method
- Add the gin, lemon juice, raspberry syrup and egg white into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with 3 speared raspberries.
